🔁 Can I return or exchange a blind box?
Due to the random surprise nature of blind boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened items. The excitement of the unknown is part of the Pop Mart experience!
📦 Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
A photo of the item
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
We will review and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
🕒 Return Window
Return requests (for damaged or incorrect items only) must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
💡 Important Notes
We do not accept returns for reasons such as duplicate figures, buyer’s remorse, or opened packaging.
All returned items must be unused and in original packaging (if applicable).
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
