🚚 Shipping Information

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 10–15 business days depending on your location.

• Shipping Fee:

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50 USD (before tax & discounts)

  • For orders under $50, shipping cost is calculated at checkout

• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We currently ship to select international countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the surprise nature of blind boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened items.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate and offer a refund, store credit, or replacement if applicable.
